Your profile and brand

Open Settings, then Profile and brand. It has two parts.

About you. Only what skills need to write for you, never your email or your account:

  • your name and your role;
  • your country, currency, spelling, language, units, date style and time zone;
  • whether skills say when AI helped, and whether documents carry a small AI note. Both are off unless you turn them on.

Your brand. For anything a skill makes for you, like a quote, a letter or a social post:

  • names, registration (such as your business number) and contact details;
  • logos, colours and fonts;
  • your voice: how you sound, and words to use or avoid;
  • standard wording, like your sign-off or payment terms;
  • templates.

Fill in only what you want. A skill uses what's there and leaves the rest out. Logos, fonts and templates are saved as soon as you upload them; the rest saves when you press Save profile and brand.

Your company's brand kit

If your company looks after its page on Trilly, it can set a brand kit with the same parts, and lock some or all of them. You get your company's kit on its private skills, and on any skill when you ask for your company's brand. A locked part shows your company's name and locked, and only your company's owners, admins and brand managers can change it. A locked part your company left empty stays empty. Anything else your company leaves empty comes from your own profile and brand.

Each skill's settings

Some skills ask a few set-up questions once, like your business name or the tax rate you use. Your answers are that skill's settings.

  • Find them in My skills: press Settings for this skill beside the skill. Or see them all in Settings, then Skill settings.
  • Your AI reads them whenever it runs the skill, and you can ask your AI to change them.
  • You can change them on Trilly any time, too.

Never put passwords, one-time codes or card details in settings. No skill on Trilly needs them.

The brand for one skill

Under Brand for this skill, you can change a field for one skill only, like a different logo for a side business. Put it back any time, and the skill goes back to your profile and brand. Files can't be changed for one skill: upload them in your profile and brand.

Where it's kept

Your profile, brand and skill settings are kept on Trilly, so every AI app you link gets the same details. They're in your data download, and closing your account deletes them. A company's brand kit stays with the company. Your privacy has the rest.
