Trilly for business

Approved AI skills for your team

Approved workflows for your team's AI.

Example of the team console, a 30-second film in six chapters: approve a skill once for everyone (live); AI use by team, from each AI app's own usage file (Claude, ChatGPT, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Gemini), by group, from 5 people up, never one person (live); Skill gaps, with the skill that fills each (live); outcomes by skill and group over 12 weeks, from 5 people up (live); handing a leaver's skills on (coming); and the audit log, to download (live).

For executives and the board

AI you can explain to the board. One email a month.

Last month in words on the first Monday, with a page to print for the board.

At the kitchen table with a morning coffee, a leader reads the team's monthly email on a tablet, with simple bars for outcomes and a clock for hours given back.

For finance

Every skill dollar accounted for.

Spend means your Trilly plan and seats of paid skills. Trilly never sees what you pay your AI company.

For IT

Roll it out once, inside the AI your people already use.

Company sign-in built for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace. Adding and removing staff automatically, built for Entra ID and Okta. Both on Enterprise. Its workspace overview shows how many backup owners could still get in if company sign-in fails.

Add to your AI for everyone: one download for Claude, ChatGPT or Microsoft 365 Copilot.

Where each app stands

Claude: on Team and Enterprise plans, your Claude Owner adds it for everyone. Tried on a personal plan, not a Team plan yet. ChatGPT and Microsoft 365 Copilot: packages built, not tried yet. Gemini: not yet.

Results count the copies people add from Trilly. A skill added from your workspace's file can't report its use.

For risk and compliance

Approve with the facts, and keep the evidence.

You can approve or decline requests today. Each one shows what its approved version can reach, when Trilly has it. The audit log can't be edited, and is kept for at least two years.

Every version checked before it's listed

For heads of department

Your team, faster, with the proof each week.

Numbers need 5 or more people. The report never lists anyone's own results.

Trilly never sees anyone's conversations. Use comes from what people's AI reports after each task.

For your people

Work done well. Without anyone reading your chats.

Through the seats it gives you, your company sees which of its approved skills you used and when; never what you asked or wrote.

For software companies

Hear how people use the skills that name you.

Totals four weeks at a time, once 50 people took part. Each feedback number or theme needs 10 people who chose to share.

Questions people ask

How does Trilly charge a business?

Trilly Teams will be A$19 per active person a month (A$16 each from person 100, A$13 from 500 and A$10 from 2,000), and a year will be 10 months, once Teams billing opens. Nothing is charged before then, and the 14 free days start when it opens. Enterprise is the same price per active person, with a minimum of A$30,000 a year, and adds company sign-in and a contract, after a free 60-day pilot for up to 100 people. Universities and TAFEs pay half for staff (A$9.50 a person a month), students are free, and they start with a free 13-week pilot for up to 100 staff. When billing opens, a workspace of 5 people or fewer on its own email domain is free, and so is a school or registered charity its country's register confirms automatically; the sixth active member starts the fee, with notice. It includes the workspace, your team's list of skills, requests and budgets, seats, private skills, reports, the audit log, AI app controls, and invoices with your purchase order number. Paid skills are extra: you buy seats of each one at the price its maker sets for teams, monthly or yearly, with volume discounts where the maker offers them. Seats of Trilly's own skills (Trilly Originals) cost less as you buy more: 10% off from 10 seats, 20% from 50 and 30% from 200. A skill a person buys once is a yearly seat for a team, because a company seat can move from one person to another. Trilly isn't registered for GST, so no GST is added. An active person is someone in your workspace who used one of its skills in the last 30 days. People who didn't use one aren't counted, and while a plan runs at least one person is billed.

Can we pay by invoice?

Yes. The Enterprise plan is invoiced by Trilly directly. Once your company's yearly orders come to A$5,000 or more, counting every yearly licence and a yearly Teams plan together, they can also be invoiced on 30-day terms, once billing opens, with your purchase order number on every invoice. Pay by card, or talk to us about bank transfer.

What happens to a seat when someone leaves?

It comes straight back. When you take someone out, or your sign-in service does it for you, their seats free up. When you take someone out yourself, you can instead give their seats to someone else in your workspace, in the same step, or keep them for that person until a date you choose (for parental leave, say), after which they go back to the company. On the Enterprise plan you can choose that before their sign-in service turns them off for leave, too: their seats are theirs again when it turns them back on. If their account uses your company's email domain, their AI apps are also disconnected from Trilly and they are signed out everywhere.

Why Trilly, if our AI already has a skills screen?

An AI app's skills screen holds that app's skills. Trilly gives you one list for all of them: the same skills and rules in every AI app that links to Trilly, and on every download. Every version is checked before it's listed. Its reports say whether a skill did the job, not only whether it was used. And seats and spend sit in one place, across every maker.

More questions (6)
Can we stop people using certain skills at work?

Yes. You can allow only the skills you approve, block makers or single skills, and keep skills about money, betting, health and the law switched off. The rules apply to work accounts (accounts on your company's email domain), whether a skill is free, bought by the person, or added through their AI. You can also choose which AI apps work accounts can link to Trilly, and set a monthly budget Trilly won't go past.

Can we see whether the skills work for our people?

Yes. The outcomes report shows, for each skill you approved or made private, over the last 12 weeks: how many people used it, the tasks their AI reported, and how many were completed, got a thumbs up or down, or were given up. It shows the same by group. Numbers show only where at least 5 people are counted, and the report never lists anyone's own results. It counts whole weeks, once each, so it doesn't change when you load it again. Time saved is your own estimate: the minutes you say one task saves, times the tasks completed. It's labelled as yours and never shown publicly. Seats nobody used in 30 days are listed dearest first, so you can take them back, and every report downloads as a spreadsheet.

What do our people get?

A Work page with the skills you approved, their seats and their requests. They add a skill to their AI by asking. If a skill isn't approved yet, they ask for it and say why. When someone leaves, the company's seats come back to you; their own Trilly account, and anything they bought themselves, stays with them.

Does Trilly see our staff's conversations with AI?

No. Trilly never sees anyone's conversations. Reports show how many skills each person used in the last 30 days and when they last used one, from the usage their AI reports, and, through your seats, which of your approved skills each person used and when. They never include what anyone asked or wrote, or a person's own skills, even their own copy of one you've blocked. You can hide names in that report, and in a school only owners and billing admins see one person's use, and only of paid seats. Per-skill numbers show only when at least 5 people are counted and at least 5 are left out. There are no totals and no team breakdowns in a school, except seats for owners and billing admins. Each person's Work page tells them what you see.

Do you have SOC 2 or ISO 27001?

Not yet, and we won't pretend otherwise. Our security page explains what we do, and a workspace owner accepts our data processing addendum in the workspace (we record who accepted which version, and when).

Which sign-in services can we use?

Company sign-in is built for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace, to each one's published requirements. Adding and removing people automatically is built for Microsoft Entra ID and Okta; with Google Workspace you invite people, or let anyone with your company's email address join. We've tested both with our own test sign-in service, not yet with a company's own. Your IT team will find step-by-step set-up in our help page For your IT team.
