Shape how AI explains your product
Your customers ask their AI how to use it. Make the first answer the right one.
Free to claim.
The first answer, right. From your own official skill.
Your skill is the workflow your customers' AI follows to explain your product, in your words and with today's features. Customers add it to the AI they already use, and it carries your Official badge.

With a company plan
Hear what customers try to do. Never anyone's conversations.
Every four weeks: what people do with the skills that name you, and the feedback they chose to send you, by product area. Totals once 50 people took part. Each feedback number or theme needs 10 people who chose to share.
For your own staff
Approve once. It's on your team's list. See it work.
Choose the skills your people use. They ask for more. You see which ones help, never what anyone wrote.

Private skills on Teams. Your own know-how, only for your company.
Results count the copies people add from Trilly. A skill added from your workspace's file can't report its use.
AI use needs a usage file. Admins of Claude Team and Enterprise, ChatGPT Enterprise, Microsoft 365 Copilot and Google Workspace with Gemini can download one.
Free for now. When billing opens: free for 5 people or fewer on your own email domain, and Teams is A$19 per active person a month from 6 people, and A$16 each from your 100th person.
Questions people ask
Is a company page free?
Yes. Claiming your page, adding official skills, approving community skills and inviting your team are free. Customer insights come with a paid company plan, which we set up with each company directly.
We didn't make this page. Why is our company on Trilly?
Company pages start from public facts in Wikidata, a free open database, so people can find skills for the tools they use. The page says it isn't claimed or endorsed by you until you claim it.
Can you see our customers' conversations with AI?
No. Trilly never sees anyone's conversations. Companies see totals and short examples from the feedback customers chose to share with them, and how many people use skills that work with their product. Numbers are only for groups big enough that no one person can be picked out.
What's the difference between official and approved skills?
Official skills are made by your company. Approved skills are made by other people, and you've checked they work well with your product.
