What we keep
- Your account: name, email, password (stored scrambled, so even we can't read it) and settings.
- Your skills: what you've added, saved and bought.
- Short result notes from skills you use: used, finished, thumbs up or down, given up. These make the public numbers.
- What you write on Trilly: reviews, posts and messages.
What we never get
What you type into your AI, what your AI writes back, or the files you share with it.
Sharing with companies
If a skill is made for a company's product, that company sees only totals: how many people used its skills, once at least 50 people did in four weeks, and the themes of their feedback in groups of at least 10. It never sees you on your own, unless you choose to send it something yourself. You control this in privacy settings.
If you use Trilly through work, your company's workspace is different. Through the seats it gives you, it sees which of its approved skills you used and when; never what you asked or wrote. Its owners, and the people they allow, can also see how many of the company's skills each person used in the last 30 days and when they last used one. Results across the team, like how many tasks were finished, show only for groups of at least 5 people. Skills of your own, that the company didn't give you, never show. Nor does your own copy of a skill the company has blocked for you: that's outside its workspace.
Your choices
Turn reporting off for any skill you've added, in privacy settings or My skills: its reports are then thrown away, so its use counts nowhere. A skill your company gives you for work follows your company's rules instead.
