  1. Link

Link Claude to Trilly, once. See the steps

    What you need
    • Any Claude plan: Free, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise.
    • On the Free plan you can add one custom connector, which is what Claude calls an app like Trilly.
    • On Team and Enterprise plans members can't add one: an Owner adds Trilly in Organization settings, Connectors. Then you press Connect.
    • Add it on claude.ai or in the desktop app. It's then in Claude on your phone too.
    • We linked Claude to Trilly on 19 October 2026, on claude.ai with the Max plan. We haven't added a skill from a Claude chat yet.
    • Can't link? Download skills and add them by hand
  2. Add

Ask Claude: "Add the What Can My AI Do for Me? skill from Trilly".

  3. Ask

Ask as you normally would. Want it to use Google Calendar and Gmail? Connect Google Calendar and Gmail in Claude first.

    Connecting apps in Claude
    • Google Calendar: Only reads. Claude can view, create, update and delete Google Calendar events.
    • Gmail: Only reads. In Gmail, Claude can write, send, reply to and forward emails, and by default it asks for your approval before it sends, replies or forwards.
    • In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Pick the app, press Connect, and sign in on that app's own page. In a chat, press + and Connectors to switch one on or off. Keep anything that changes things on Needs approval.

Safety and what it can reach

  • Reads and uses

    • Google Calendar or OutlookAfter a second yes, read the titles of your repeating calendar events to find the jobs that come up again and again. It only reads.

Apps you've connected

Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar, Outlook or Microsoft 365): After a second yes, read the titles of your repeating calendar events to find the jobs that come up again and again. Reads: The titles of repeating events in the last four weeks and the next four, and how often each comes up; never uses descriptions or invitees, even when the app shows them Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You say what repeats in their week.
  • Email (for example Gmail or Outlook): After a second yes, read your email subject lines to find the jobs that come up again and again. Reads: Subject lines and folder or label names from the last four weeks; never opens a message, and never uses previews or senders, even when the app shows them Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You say what keeps landing in their inbox.
Where your information goes
  • What you have asked their AI lately (its own memory and past-chat search) and the names of the apps connected there: Stays inside your own AI app. Their own AI does the looking, only after their yes. Only a short jobs list is written, in their words, with no names, health details or money figures from chats, calendar or inbox.
  • The titles of repeating calendar events and email subject lines from the last four weeks: Stays inside your own AI app, read through its own calendar and email connections, only after a second yes. Only counted into the jobs list in their words; no names, addresses, health details or money figures are written down.
  • A few words per job from Trilly's list, such as 'bookkeeping payroll tax': Trilly's find_skills, only when the Trilly connector is linked and after your yes 2 to 100 characters per job; never chat text, names, contact details or figures.

Which AI app will you use it with?

Pick your app to see how to add it, what you need, and a request to try once it's in.

Upload the .zip in Claude's skills settings (code execution must be on), or use the Claude Project version. Step-by-step: Trilly's Claude guide.
Open the file and copy the text between the two marked lines into a Claude Project's instructions. A copy won't update by itself, and Trilly can't count your use.

Tested in Claude.

Adding it to Claude

What you need: Any Claude plan, with Code execution and file creation turned on (Settings, Capabilities). On Team it's on unless an Owner turned it off. On Enterprise, an Owner turns it on. Add skills on claude.ai or in the desktop app: they then work on your phone too.

  1. Turn on code execution. In Claude, open Settings, then Capabilities, and turn on Code execution and file creation. On a Team or Enterprise plan, ask an Owner if you can't change it.
  2. Open your skills. Go to Customize, then Skills, on claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app.
  3. Upload the skill. Choose the + button, then Create skill, then Upload a skill. Pick the file you downloaded from Trilly, as it is: don't unzip it.
  4. Check it's turned on. The skill shows under Created by you. Make sure its switch is on. Claude only uses skills that are on.
  5. Ask Claude as normal. Claude picks the skill when your request matches its job. To choose it yourself, type / in the message box and pick the skill.

Works with your apps: Yes

Claude connects to hundreds of apps on every plan, including Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, Notion, Canva, Shopify, HubSpot and Xero.

In Gmail, Claude can write, send, reply to and forward emails, and by default it asks for your approval before it sends, replies or forwards. Outlook needs a work or school Microsoft 365 account.

To switch it on: In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Pick the app, press Connect, and sign in on that app's own page. In a chat, press + and Connectors to switch one on or off. Keep anything that changes things on Needs approval.

You choose: let it use the apps you've connected, or paste or upload what you have.

Use a different app
Upload the .zip in ChatGPT's skills settings (your workspace must allow skill uploads), or use the ChatGPT Project version. Step-by-step: Trilly's ChatGPT guide.
Open the file and copy the text between the two marked lines into a ChatGPT Project's instructions. A copy won't update by itself, and Trilly can't count your use.

No download: copy it into a ChatGPT project.

Not tested in ChatGPT yet.

Adding it to ChatGPT

What you need: To upload a skill: a ChatGPT Business, Enterprise, Healthcare or Edu plan, with skills and skill uploading allowed by your admin. For the plugin version: the ChatGPT desktop app or Codex. For a Project version: any signed-in ChatGPT account (file limits depend on your plan).

  1. Get the skill from Trilly. On the skill's Trilly page, press Add to my AI, choose ChatGPT and download the .zip.
  2. Open the Skills tab. In ChatGPT, open Plugins in the sidebar, then the Skills tab.
  3. Upload the skill. Choose Create, then Upload from your computer, and pick the .zip you downloaded.
  4. Wait for ChatGPT's check. ChatGPT scans every upload. If it says Needs Review or Blocked, your workspace's rules are holding it back. Ask your ChatGPT admin.
  5. Ask as normal. ChatGPT uses the skill when your request matches it. To choose it yourself, type @ and the skill's name.

Upload the .zip in Gemini's skills settings (a personal Google account with activity saving on), or use the Gem version. Step-by-step: Trilly's Gemini guide.
For Gems, until they move to Settings on 17 November 2026 (business and non-profit accounts 1 March 2027, education 1 June 2027). Open the file and copy the text between the two marked lines into a Gem's instructions. A copy won't update by itself, and Trilly can't count your use.

No download: copy it into Gemini.

Not tested in Gemini yet.

Adding it to Gemini

What you need: A personal Google account, aged 18 or over, with Keep Activity turned on. No paid plan needed. Skills work in the Gemini web app, the Mac app and the mobile app. Google is rolling skills out gradually, so some accounts may not see Skills yet. Work and school (Google Workspace) accounts get skills in the Gemini app from 13 October 2026, rolling out until mid-November.

  1. Get the skill from Trilly. On the skill's Trilly page, press Add to my AI, choose Gemini and download the .zip. Trilly makes it for Gemini, with SKILL.md at the top as Google asks, so upload it as it is.
  2. Open Skills in Gemini. Go to gemini.google.com. On the sidebar, click Customize (if you don't see it, click More first). At the top, click Skills.
  3. Upload it. At the top, click Upload, choose the .zip, then click Open.
  4. Check and create. Gemini shows the skill's name, description and instructions. Check them, then click Create at the top.
  5. Use it. In a chat, type / (or @) and choose the skill, or just ask. Gemini also uses active skills by itself when they fit.

Doing more in Gemini

Works with your apps: Yes

Gemini works with Google's own apps (Gmail, Calendar, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Keep and Tasks) and a few others, such as Wix and OpenTable. On personal accounts it can find and sum up Gmail and Drive, and add to Calendar, Keep and Tasks.

Gemini can find and sum up Gmail, not write or send, so it writes the email for you to send.

To switch it on: In Gemini, open Settings, then Connected apps, and switch on the apps you use.

You choose: let it use the apps you've connected, or paste or upload what you have.

For technical users

Claude Code, Codex, Cursor and GitHub Copilot, and plugins: folders and terminal commands.

Unzip into your Claude Code skills folder, so you have ~/.claude/skills/finding-what-my-ai-can-do/SKILL.md. Step-by-step: Trilly's Claude Code guide.
For teams whose admin only allows plugins. Unzip it, then in Claude Code: /plugin marketplace add <the folder>, then /plugin install <skill name>@trilly-<skill name>.

Not tested in Claude Code yet.

Adding it to Claude Code

What you need: Claude Code installed and signed in: in the terminal, the desktop app's Code tab or your code editor. Any plan that includes Claude Code. Your organisation's managed settings can block standalone skills or limit which plugin marketplaces you can add.

  1. Download and unzip the skill. On the skill's Trilly page, press Add to my AI, choose Claude Code and download the .zip. Unzip it. You get one folder, named after the skill, with SKILL.md inside.
  2. Choose who should have it. Just you, in every project: your personal skills folder, ~/.claude/skills. Everyone on one project: .claude/skills inside that project's folder.
  3. Move the folder in. Move the whole folder in, so you end up with ~/.claude/skills/skill-name/SKILL.md. Create the skills folder if it isn't there. Don't rename the skill's folder.
  4. Start using it. Claude Code notices new skills while it runs. If you had to create the skills folder itself, restart Claude Code once.
  5. Ask as normal, or call it by name. Claude Code uses the skill when your request matches its description. To use it on purpose, type / followed by the skill's name.

What's in your download

  • The skill, version 1.0.2, exactly as Trilly checked and approved it.
  • A small trilly folder. After a task, it asks your AI to tell Trilly how it went: used, done, thumbs up or down. Only if you say yes, and never what you asked or what the AI wrote. That's how every skill gets honest numbers.
  • A list of every file, signed by Trilly, so a changed copy is easy to spot.
  • A plugin holds the same skill, for apps or teams that only allow plugins.
  • A copy-and-paste version is the skill's instructions as text, for apps that can't take the skill. It won't update by itself, and it isn't counted in the skill's numbers.
  • A downloaded copy doesn't update by itself. Signed in, My skills tells you when there's a new version.
  • You're not signed in, so this copy won't be linked to an account. Sign in to keep a record.
  • Your copy is for you (or your team, if your plan says so). Please don't share, resell or publish its files. Your licence
