Link Claude to Trilly

Link Claude to Trilly once. Then say "find a free skill on Trilly for my budget and add it" and Claude does the rest, on the web, in the desktop app and on your phone.

Steps

Add Trilly in Claude
Press Add Trilly to Claude. Claude's Add custom connector box opens with Trilly's name and address filled in. Check them, then choose Add.

In Claude: Claude's Add custom connector box, as the button opens it: the name Trilly and Trilly's address, https://trilly.io/api/mcp, are filled in. Check them, then choose Add.

Add it by hand instead

On claude.ai or in the Claude desktop app, open Customize, then Connectors. Choose + Add, then Add custom connector. Type Trilly as the name and paste Trilly's address, then choose Add. Leave any other settings as they are.

No key or password to copy: Trilly asks you to log in and say yes.
Press Connect
Find Trilly in your Connectors list and press Connect. Trilly opens in a new window.

Log in or join free, then say yes
Trilly opens. New here? Choose Join free and confirm your email: the link in the email brings you straight back. Check what Claude will be able to do, then choose Yes, link Claude.

On Trilly, the link screen: Claude wants to link to your Trilly account. It will be able to: Find skills, and add or remove the ones you choose; Tell Trilly when a skill is used, so its numbers stay honest. Never your conversations; Use your name, business details and brand in what skills make, and save what you tell it, and ask your workspace's approvers for a yes before a letter goes out (they're told). Then the button Yes, link Claude.
Add your first skill
Back in a chat, ask Claude: "find a free skill on Trilly for my budget and add it". Or ask for a skill by the name on its Trilly page. Claude shows you what it's about to do. After that, ask as normal: when a request matches one of your skills, Claude gets the latest checked version from Trilly.

Then: Ask as you normally would. Want it to use your email or calendar? Connect them in Claude first.

We linked Claude to Trilly on 19 October 2026, on claude.ai with the Max plan. We haven't added a skill from a Claude chat yet. If a step doesn't match what you see, tell us.

Connecting apps in Claude

In Claude, open Customize, then Connectors. Pick the app, press Connect, and sign in on that app's own page. In a chat, press + and Connectors to switch one on or off. Keep anything that changes things on Needs approval.

What you need

Any Claude plan: Free, Pro, Max, Team or Enterprise.
On the Free plan you can add one custom connector, which is what Claude calls an app like Trilly.
On Team and Enterprise plans members can't add one: an Owner adds Trilly in Organization settings, Connectors. Then you press Connect.
Add it on claude.ai or in the desktop app. It's then in Claude on your phone too.

When Claude is linked, say this to add it:

If something goes wrong

Claude says it couldn't reach Trilly

Check the address is exactly https://trilly.io/api/mcp, with nothing before or after it, then try again.

The Trilly window says the link didn't work

Close it and press Connect in Claude again. Claude's request only lasts a few minutes, so it can run out while you join Trilly or confirm your email.

I don't see Add custom connector

On a Team or Enterprise plan, only an Owner can add one. Ask them to add Trilly in Organization settings, Connectors (Add, Custom, Web) with the address https://trilly.io/api/mcp. It then shows in your Connectors list, and you press Connect.

Claude says I've reached the limit

The Free plan allows one custom connector. Remove the one you have, or move to a paid plan, then add Trilly.

Claude asks me to link again

That happens after you change your Trilly password, log out everywhere or unlink it in Settings. Press Connect and say yes again.
