Example, shortened, from this skill's page. Someone asks their AI: Today is Oct 21, 2026. My WooCommerce shop has 6 orders stuck in 'Pending payment' from the last… Store Care for WooCommerce answers: Today (Wednesday, October 21, 2026) Grace, #5498: your 5-business-day promise runs out Thursday, October 22.

Your WooCommerce orders sorted by what each status really means, late orders noticed in time, refunds worked out line by line, and a safe monthly check.

See the difference. Same question, two answers.

Show the answer

9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 21 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 21 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.0 on 21 October 2026. Version 1.0.1 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a tricky case 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: EU (Germany, German Civil Code section 356a): since 19 June 2026 an online shop must offer a withdrawal function on its site, labelled 'Vertrag widerrufen' or similar, there all through the withdrawal period, with a confirmation step and an acknowledgement (Directive (EU) 2023/2673) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a hand-off to a browser helper 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

Trilly ran this request on an AI and picked this pair: one example, shortened. The score is from Trilly's test.

You ask

Today is Oct 21, 2026. My WooCommerce shop has 6 orders stuck in 'Pending payment' from the last 3 days and those customers say they never got an order email. Also #5512 is 'On hold' (bank transfer, $214, she says she paid) and #5498 is 'Processing', $86 table lamp for Grace, placed Thu Oct 15. Our site says ships in 5 business days and the lamp is out of stock until Nov 6. What do I do today? Write whatever emails I need, and sign them 'Lakeside Goods', not our long name.

Without the skill

Today's steps

  1. Pending payment (6 orders): WooCommerce doesn't send customer emails until payment is made, so this is likely a checkout or gateway problem. Check the gateway logs and webhooks, then place a small test order on the live store. Send Email 1 to each customer with their pay link.
  2. #5512 (on hold): Check your bank for a $214 deposit. If it's there, set the order to Processing. If not, send Email 2 asking for proof of transfer.
  3. #5498 (Grace's lamp): Five business days from Thursday, October 15 is October 22, and the lamp won't be back until November 6. Send Email 3 so she can choose to wait or cancel for a refund. I didn't cite a returns policy, since you don't have one written.

Signature note: Your brand settings lock the signature, so I used "Dana, Lakeside Home Goods Co." rather than "Lakeside Goods." You'd need to change it in the company settings.

Email 1: Pending payment Subject: Your Lakeside Home Goods Co. order is waiting for payment

Hi [First name],

Thank you for your order #[number]. We found that it didn't finish processing, and you may not have received a confirmation. That's on our end, and I'm sorry for the confusion.

You can complete your payment here: [payment link]. If anything doesn't work, just reply and I'll sort it out personally.

Warmly, Dana, Lakeside Home Goods Co.

Email 2: On hold, #5512 Subject: Checking on your bank transfer for order #5512

Hi [First name],

Thank you for your order #5512 ($214.00). I haven't seen your bank transfer arrive yet. If you've sent it, could you reply with the transfer date and a confirmation number or screenshot? I'll track it down and get your order moving right away.

Warmly, Dana, Lakeside Home Goods Co.

Email 3: Grace's lamp, #5498 Subject: An update on your table lamp, order #5498

Hi Grace,

STORE CARE FOR WOOCOMMERCE

Today (Wednesday, October 21, 2026)

  1. Grace, #5498: your 5-business-day promise runs out Thursday, October 22. Send the delay notice today (FTC Mail Order Rule). It offers the new date or a full, prompt refund within 7 working days. Because the new date is within 30 days of the original, no reply counts as consent.
  2. The 6 Pending payment orders: none were paid, so WooCommerce sends no order email for them. They're not lost emails and not orders to ship. Checkout orders cancel when Hold stock runs out (60 minutes by default). Check your gateway for any payment first.
  3. #5512, On hold: don't ship until the $214 shows in your bank. Her screenshot isn't proof, since screenshots can be edited.

Sign-off: "Lakeside Goods" can't be used. That's set by Lakeside Home Goods Co. and locked. Your Trilly admin can change it.

Subject: Your order #5498

Hi Grace, your table lamp won't ship by October 22 because it's out of stock until November 6. The new ship date is Monday, November 9. You don't need to reply if that works for you. If you'd rather cancel, reply and we'll refund the full $86.00 within 7 working days. Thank you for your patience.

Dana, Lakeside Home Goods Co.

How the numbers work

Not enough data yet

No reviews or use numbers yet. Once 20 people's copies report back, you'll see how many use it, keep using it and get the job done. The maker can't change them.

Safety and what it can reach.

  • Reads and uses

    • Gmail or OutlookFind the customer's message about an order (a late parcel, a return, a missing email) by order number, so the reply and the refund start from what they said. It only reads.

    • Xero or QuickBooksRead the sales tax, VAT or GST the books show for a quarter, to match it with the shop's tax figures. It only reads.

    • Files you give itOnly the files you add to the chat.

    • EmailYour AI app's own tool, too.

  • Makes or changes

    • Files for youIt creates files for you to keep.

    • Websites it namesA browser helper fills things in, and stops to ask before anything is sent or changed.

  • Never

    • Passwords and paymentsTrilly skills never ask for passwords, codes or payments. If this one does, stop and report it.

    • Running codeIt can't run code.

See every safety check

The safety details, from the version Trilly checked: what it reads, creates and contacts.

The internet
  • By itself: it contacts no websites.
  • Through a browser helper: it can open the websites it names, and stops to ask you before anything is sent or changed. See "Websites for you" below.
  • Through apps you connect: see "Apps you've connected" below.

Apps you've connected

Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

  • Email (for example Gmail or Outlook): Find the customer's message about an order (a late parcel, a return, a missing email) by order number, so the reply and the refund start from what they said. Reads: The customer messages you pick from a search by order number Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You paste the customer's message; replies are written in the chat for you to send.
  • Accounting (for example Xero or QuickBooks): Read the sales tax, VAT or GST the books show for a quarter, to match it with the shop's tax figures. Reads: The tax collected for the quarter you name Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You type in the tax figure from their books or their accountant.
Where your information goes
  • Order numbers, statuses, dates, items, totals and customers' first names: Stays in the chat; drafts go to customers only when you send them Order numbers and first names only; no card details, addresses or logins are asked for or repeated.
  • The hand-off card: private note text for named orders, or tax options and rate rows: The shop's own WordPress admin, through your own browser agent The agent enters only what's on the card, never touches the refund panel, and stops before Update, Save changes or any sending button, and at any sign-in.
Websites for you
Some steps use a browser helper on websites it names. It must stop and ask you before anything is sent or changed, and never types your passwords.

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Tell it what's going on in your WooCommerce shop, or let your browser helper read your orders. It sorts every order by what its status really means: paid and ready to pack, waiting on a bank transfer, or never paid at all. It counts each late order's deadline from your shipping promise and the rules where you sell, and writes the delay notice before the deadline passes.

For a refund or return it works out what's owed and by when, counted from the day the law says, then every line of the refund panel, delivery included, and which refund button really returns the money. You enter it and press it yourself. Its regular check covers a backup before updates, a test order, your order emails and your tax settings, including what customers taxed elsewhere will really pay, with a care log and the next dates.

If your email or accounting app is connected, it can read a customer's message or the tax you collected, and it changes nothing there. Your browser helper stops before every Update, Save or send button. Consumer and tax rules are general information, not legal or tax advice.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

Not made by or affiliated with WooCommerce.

Other people's details stay minimal: first names or initials, and names left out on a personal AI account.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your email or your accounting software to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the Shop's WordPress admin: WooCommerce > Orders (named orders), or WooCommerce > Settings > Tax, or Plugins, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. The browser helper stops and asks you before anything is sent or changed, and never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your business file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.

Try asking

Once it's added, ask your AI something like this. Not sure it loaded? Is my skill working?

  • woocommerce orders stuck pending

To check it's working, the answer should start with "STORE CARE FOR WOOCOMMERCE".

  • update woocommerce safely

  • woocommerce emails not sending
