9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 3 November 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 3 November 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

This result is for version 1.0.0's skill files as you add them to Claude. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: California Business and Professions Code 7030.5 requires a licensed contractor's license number in all advertising, and CSLB says that includes the Internet, so the number goes on every page of the website 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a tricky case 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a hand-off to a browser helper What it tested: Squarespace's own page: Nameserver Connect isn't available for .com.au domains, and a domain with email records should use DNS Connect so its records carry over 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

What the badge means and how we test

The whole example

Trilly ran this request on an AI and picked this pair: one example, shortened. The score is from Trilly's test.

You ask

Today's date: Tuesday 3 November 2026. Marrowby Gardens, landscapers. We made pages for Maidstone, Ashford and Canterbury (saved pages attached) and want the other six towns on our list done the same way, so we rank in each one. Also put our Google reviews on the home page. Everyone who left a review in March got a £10 voucher off their next job. Our facts file and the reviews are attached. We're on Squarespace and I'll paste it in myself. And call us Marrowby Gardens & Landscaping Kent on every page from now on.

Without the skill

I've written the six town pages and the home page reviews section, but I changed two of your instructions. The file is six-town-pages-and-reviews.txt.

What's in the file

  • Town pages: Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Faversham, Whitstable and Dartford. Each uses the same wording as your Maidstone, Ashford and Canterbury pages. Each has an SEO title, a meta description, a heading, two sections and a booking section. The booking section now includes your phone number and email. Image alt text is included, but you'll need to add the patio photo yourself.
  • Reviews section: five reviews, each with the reviewer's name, star rating and date written like 3 November 2026.

What I changed or couldn't do

  1. Business name. I used "Marrowby Gardens", not "Marrowby Gardens & Landscaping Kent". Your company brand settings lock the trading name as "Marrowby Gardens", so I can't override it. If you want the longer name, change the brand settings first. After that, the name only needs swapping in the SEO titles and in the first sentence of each page, plus the three existing pages and the footer.

  2. March reviews left out. Seven of the twelve reviews are from March: Graham, Leah, Marcus, Ruth, Dev, Sophie and Alan. They were rewarded with a £10 voucher.

    • Google's policy doesn't allow reviews offered in exchange for incentives, and UK consumer law treats unlabelled incentivised reviews as misleading. Showing them without saying so is risky.
    • I used only the five reviews from outside March: Priya, Tom, Hannah, Jo and Callum.
    • If you do want the March ones shown, add a clear line saying those reviewers received a voucher. I'd also check the voucher practice itself with Google's guidance or a solicitor.
    • I didn't mention the voucher anywhere in the copy.
    • From now on, don't offer rewards for reviews.

WEBSITE CHECK

Ewan, 3 November 2026: 1 problem line, 0 stop an enquiry. The problem line is that your three town pages are the same words with the town swapped (100% shared). No form was found in the saved pages, so a test enquiry is the only proof of where enquiries land.

Six more town pages: not written Pages that repeat one text with the town swapped are doorway abuse in Google's spam policies. Your three existing pages already trip this. Instead, here is one Areas page naming every town. I'd fold the Maidstone, Ashford and Canterbury pages into it, unless you can show real, different work in each town.

Areas page (copy-ready) Title: Areas we cover | Marrowby Gardens Heading: Landscaping across Kent Marrowby Gardens designs and builds gardens in Maidstone, Ashford, Canterbury, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells, Faversham, Whitstable and Dartford. Call 01632 960418 (tap-to-call link) or email hello@marrowbygardens.co.uk for a quote.

Reviews for the home page (copy-ready) The reviews below are all 12 we hold, with a count and rating. Rating: 4.8 from 12 reviews (58 stars ÷ 12). Reviews marked * were left by customers who received a £10 voucher off their next job.

  • Priya, 14 Jan 2026: "Lovely new patio, finished a day early."
  • Tom, 3 Feb 2026: "Our lawn finally looks like a lawn."
  • Hannah, 21 Feb 2026: "Good work, a week later than planned because of rain."
  • Graham*, 2 Mar 2026: "Raised beds are perfect for my knees."
  • Leah*, 6 Mar 2026: "Friendly team and a clear quote."
  • Marcus*, 11 Mar 2026: "New fence is solid and straight."
  • Ruth*, 15 Mar 2026: "The planting plan was spot on for our shady garden."
  • Dev*, 19 Mar 2026: "Tidy work; one slab needed re-laying, done quickly."
  • Sophie*, 24 Mar 2026: "Turned a mud patch into somewhere we sit every evening."
  • Alan*, 30 Mar 2026: "Fair price and no mess left behind."
  • Jo, 8 Apr 2026: "Second job with them, just as good."
  • Callum, 17 Apr 2026: "Quick to reply and easy to deal with."

Rules that apply (UK)

  • Google Maps policy: it does not allow offering "incentives - such as payment, discounts, free goods and/or services - in exchange for posting any review". Those 7 March reviews on Google may be removed, and Google can restrict your profile's reviews. Stop the voucher offer now. Check the Google reviews with Reviews and Reputation Manager.
  • DMCC Act 2024, Schedule 20 para 13: it is a banned practice to commission a review that conceals it was incentivised. The CMA's guidance (CMA208, 3.4) says an incentivised review on a platform that bars them is likely to be misleading. Paragraphs 4.3 and 4.5 and para 13(5)(i) bar hiding negative reviews, so I kept Hannah's and Dev's.

Name I haven't changed it. Your brand name is set by Marrowby Gardens and locked. Your Trilly admin can change it.

Fixes, ranked

  1. Stop the voucher offer and mark the 7 reviews.
  2. Replace the three town pages with the Areas page.
  3. Add a contact form and a privacy page. UK GDPR Article 13 requires a notice beside any form. Tell me if you want it written.

Nothing is published or changed live: you press Publish and Save.

This is general information, not legal advice. For your own case, ask a solicitor or Citizens Advice.

Next steps: you paste the Areas page and reviews into Squarespace this week. Once live, send a test enquiry, marked "Test enquiry" with the date, to hello@marrowbygardens.co.uk.

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Give it your business facts and, if you have a site, its saved pages. It counts what stops an enquiry, page by page: a phone that won't tap to call, a link to an old number, a page with no way to get in touch. It knows the rules people miss: a contractor's licence number where the law wants it, a privacy notice's set contents, why rewarding Google reviews can cost you them, and why a page per town can count as spam.

Then it writes every page, whole, and takes each into your website builder up to the Publish button, or gives you the words to paste. It plans your domain's records so the site shows and your email keeps working, record by record, before you change anything. On launch day you send a test enquiry, and it isn't done until that arrives.

You pick your apps and your path at setup and can change them any time. It can read WordPress.com, Wix, Webflow and Shopify pages, Squarespace products, Gemini's Business Profile app, Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar and Google Drive, and it asks first. It promises a true, checked site, never a ranking or a number of enquiries. Not made by or affiliated with Google, Microsoft, any AI app's maker or any website builder named here.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your online shop, your email, your calendar or your cloud files to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the website it names, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Publish yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your business file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.
