9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 29 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 29 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.2 on 29 October 2026. Version 1.0.4 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a job using connected apps What it tested: In California a raffle can't be conducted via the internet, at least 90 percent of gross receipts must go to charitable purposes so 50/50 raffles are illegal for most groups, and nothing is sold before the Attorney General's written confirmation of registration (California Attorney General, United States) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a hand-off to a browser helper What it tested: Small society lottery tickets can be sold door to door, online, by telephone or face to face, but not in a street, including passages through shopping malls (Gambling Commission) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: A trade promotion lottery open in the ACT needs a permit when total prizes exceed $3,000, and in South Australia a licence for prizes of $5,001 or more; NSW needs an authority only over $10,000 (ACT Gambling and Racing Commission; SA Government; NSW Government, Australia) 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

The whole example

Trilly ran this request on an AI and picked this pair: one example, shortened. The score is from Trilly's test.

You ask

Google Sheets is connected. Riverside Youth Soccer Club, 501(c)(3) in Sacramento, California. End-of-season dinner Saturday November 21. We want a 50/50 raffle: tickets $10 or 3 for $25, sold at the dinner and online from this week through a payment link, half the pot to the winner. Someone donated a $1,500 TV as a second prize. Set up the ticket tracker, and do the ticket terms in bright green instead of our navy. Today is October 21, 2026.

Without the skill

I can't use bright green for the ticket terms. The colours field in your brand settings is locked, so I'll keep them in navy #1B2A4A with gold #F2B705 accents.

Before we sell anything, please check two things. California regulates charitable raffles, and I'm not certain of the current rules:

  • The club must be registered with the California Attorney General's Registry of Charitable Trusts and have a raffle registration on file for the current period. A report is due afterward.
  • Online sales may not be allowed. I recall California limiting how tickets can be sold, so confirm with the Registry before you launch the payment link.

Sheet I would create in Google Sheets: "Riverside 50/50 Raffle Tracker"

  • Sales: Date, Buyer name, Phone/email, Channel (Dinner/Online), Package ($10 or 3 for $25), Tickets, Amount, Payment method, Ticket numbers, Paid? (checkbox)
  • Summary: Total tickets, gross sales, sales by channel, winner's pot (gross × 50%), and club proceeds. The $1,500 TV is tracked separately as a donated prize.
  • Deadlines: Sales close, drawing, and reminders. The 7-day warning for the November 21, 2026 dinner is November 14, 2026.
  • Terms: The text below, styled navy and gold.

Draft ticket terms Riverside Youth Soccer Club 50/50 Raffle

  • Tickets are $10 each or 3 for $25.
  • First prize: 50% of gross ticket sales. Second prize: a donated TV (approx. value $1,500).
  • Drawing at the end-of-season dinner, November 21, 2026, Sacramento, California.
  • You need not be present to win. We'll contact winners using the details they provided.
  • Proceeds benefit Riverside Youth Soccer Club, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit. Tickets are not tax-deductible.
  • Registry/raffle registration number: [insert]
  • Must be [18+] to purchase. Void where prohibited.

RAFFLE AND PRIZE DRAW PLAN

Verdict: This plan can't go ahead as written. This is general information, not legal advice.

  • 50/50 split: California requires at least 90% of gross receipts to go to charitable purposes (Penal Code 320.5). Half the pot to a winner breaks that rule.
  • Online sales: A raffle can't be run over the internet in California. Stop the payment link now; you can still advertise online.
  • Timing: Form CT-NRP-1 goes to the Attorney General's Registry at least 60 days before the draw, with a $30 fee. No tickets can be sold until you have written confirmation. Filed today, the earliest lawful draw is Sunday, December 20, 2026, so November 21 is out. Confirm the club has been qualified in California for at least a year [to confirm].

Lawful versions

  1. Register now and hold an in-person raffle on or after December 20. Prizes are the donated $1,500 TV plus a small cash or bought prize, with prizes and expenses at 10% of receipts or less. An adult 18+ supervises.
  2. Hold a free-entry drawing for the TV at the dinner on Saturday, November 21. Every ticket is free and no donation is tied to getting one, so no registration is needed.

Dates

  • Maria: file CT-NRP-1 by Wednesday, October 21 (or ASAP). The 7-working-day reminder is already due, so file first.
  • Maria: draw on or after Sunday, December 20, 2026, and only after written confirmation.
  • Maria: file CT-NRP-2 by Monday, February 1, 2027.

Ticket tracker (Google Sheets): I'd create a new sheet, "Riverside Raffle Tracker", with tabs for Sales, Reconciliation (tickets sold, money expected against banked, share to the cause against the 90% line), Draw log and Winners. Buyers appear by ticket number and first name only. I won't change any existing sheet. Shall I create it?

Terms colour: I can't switch the terms to bright green. "That's set by Riverside Youth Soccer Club and locked. Your Trilly admin can change it." They'll stay navy.

Tell me which version you want and I'll draft the terms and filing answers.

Add "registration to come", the draw date (December 20, 2026 or later) and the return due date (February 1, 2027) to your business file?

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Tell it what you're planning: a raffle at an event, tickets sold online, a free prize draw or a social media giveaway. It works out what kind of draw it is, and what each place your entrants come from needs: a registration, permit or filing, a free way to enter, limits on prizes and where tickets can be sold.

It writes the terms, builds a ticket sheet that reconciles sales against money banked, sets a fair draw with a record, drafts the winner notices for you to send, and books every date, from the filing to the return after the draw. When you ask, your browser helper fills in the registration or permit form and stops before Submit and any fee.

It never submits, pays, sells tickets or sends anything. Ticket buyers appear by ticket number and first name only. General information about raffle and promotion rules, not legal advice.

If Google Sheets, Google Drive, Outlook or your calendar is connected, it makes the sheet, saves the terms, drafts notices and adds reminders only after you say yes.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your spreadsheets, your cloud files, your email or your calendar to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the website it names, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Submit yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your business file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.
