Example, shortened, from this skill's page. Someone asks their AI: Here's my list, sort it for me. Brightcart (shop, haven't used in years, still has £12.40 gift… Old Accounts Clean-Up answers: I sorted 6 accounts (Stitchbox came from your Google note). See the difference. Same question, two answers.

Show the answer

9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 15 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 15 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.0 on 15 October 2026. Version 1.0.2 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a job using connected apps What it tested: Removing a site's 'Sign in with Google' access does not delete the account on that site; it must be deleted on the site itself. 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a tricky case What it tested: In the UK a request to delete your personal information is called the right to erasure, and a complaint goes to the Information Commissioner's Office (the UK Government; the Department for Education). 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: On many sites, signing back in during the deletion waiting period cancels the deletion, so the person must not sign in again until it's confirmed. 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

You ask

Here's my list, sort it for me. Brightcart (shop, haven't used in years, still has £12.40 gift card on it). My Google account (I log into Fernly Recipes and Stitchbox with it). Kinoplex streaming, £7.99 a month, never watch it. Fernly Recipes (unused). Oldforum UK, no delete button anywhere. For this one, sign the Oldforum request as P. Nair, that's the name on that account.

Order

  1. Kinoplex: stops £7.99 a month.
  2. Fernly Recipes: close before Google, as it uses your Google login.
  3. Oldforum UK: send the request below.
  4. Brightcart: spend the £12.40 gift card first, then close.
  5. Google account: on hold (see question).

Question: Stitchbox also uses your Google login, and it isn't on your list. Do you want to keep it? Do you want to delete the Google account at all? I haven't written anything for Google until you say.

Steps: For each one, download your data first (account settings), or ask for a copy in the email. Then send the request. If you send them today, check back on 14 November 2026.

Kinoplex (cancel in settings first if you can) Subject: Cancel subscription and delete my data Hello, Please cancel my subscription straight away and delete my account and personal data. Change these passwords first: none flagged, as you mentioned no breach.

Don't delete Google while those sites depend on it. Removing Fernly's access in Google settings won't delete the account.

This week's batch: Kinoplex, Brightcart, Oldforum.

How should I do the first site: fill in the deletion page for you to check, a copy-ready sheet, or step by step? Brightcart holds money, so that one will be copy-ready steps.

Oldforum request

Subject: Request to delete my account and personal information

Hello,

Please close my account and erase the personal information you hold about me, under the right to erasure in UK GDPR. The account uses the email address I'm writing from.

Please confirm in writing when this is done, and tell me what, if anything, you need to keep and why.

Thank you, P. Nair

Follow-ups

  • 16 November 2026: check for Kinoplex, Brightcart and Fernly confirmations (you). Don't sign in to them before then.
  • 16 November 2026: no reply from Oldforum? Chase it, then complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (you). Check the current response time with the ICO.

How the numbers work

Not enough data yet

No reviews or use numbers yet. Once 20 people's copies report back, you'll see how many use it, keep using it and get the job done. The maker can't change them.

Safety and what it can reach.

  • Reads and uses

    • Gmail or OutlookFind old accounts from sign-up and breach-notice emails instead of you listing them. It only reads.

    • Files you give itOnly the files you add to the chat.

    • The webThrough your AI app's own web search.

    • EmailYour AI app's own tool, too.

  • Makes or changes

    • Google Calendar or Outlook CalendarAdd the dated follow-up checks so you come back to confirm each deletion. It asks you before it changes anything.

    • Files for youIt creates files for you to keep.

    • Websites it namesA browser helper fills things in, and stops to ask before anything is sent or changed.

    • Your accountsIt asks you before each change.

  • Never

    • Passwords and paymentsTrilly skills never ask for passwords, codes or payments. If this one does, stop and report it.

    • Running codeIt can't run code.

See every safety check

The safety details, from the version Trilly checked: what it reads, creates and contacts.

The internet
  • By itself: it contacts no websites.
  • Through your AI app: it can search the web and read web pages, using your AI app's own web search.
  • Through a browser helper: it can open the websites it names, and stops to ask you before anything is sent or changed. See "Websites for you" below.
  • Through apps you connect: see "Apps you've connected" below.

Email, Calendar, Web search and web pages
Apps you've connected

Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

  • Email (for example Gmail or Outlook): Find old accounts from sign-up and breach-notice emails instead of you listing them. Reads: Sender names, subjects and dates of emails matching sign-up and breach-notice words, within the chosen years; The full text of only the messages you pick Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You search their inbox for 'welcome' and pastes the sender names, or lists the sites they remember.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar): Add the dated follow-up checks so you come back to confirm each deletion. Creates: New reminders for follow-up checks, each only after a yes. Never changes or deletes existing events. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each follow-up is given as Title, Date and Notes lines to add by hand.
Where your information goes
  • Sender names, sign-up dates and service names from your inbox: Stays in the chat, and your admin file only after a yes. Only sign-up and breach-notice emails are searched; message bodies are read only when you pick them. No sign-in details are ever collected.
  • The hand-off card: the service name, the reason for leaving and, only if the page asks, the account's email address: That one named service's deletion page, through your own browser agent. The card holds only those fields; the agent fills no sign-in or payment field, stops at any sign-in and before the final button, and you sign in and confirms.
  • Follow-up dates and service names: Your calendar, only after a yes. Each reminder holds the service name and what to check, nothing else.
Websites for you
Some steps use a browser helper on websites it names. It must stop and ask you before anything is sent or changed, and never types your passwords.

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Signed up to dozens of sites over the years? This finds your old accounts from the sign-up emails in your inbox, or from a list you paste. It sorts each one into keep, close or delete and flags the ones hit by a data breach for a password change, starting with your email.

It checks what catches people out: accounts you use to sign in to other sites, store credit and subscriptions that need sorting first, and waiting periods where signing back in cancels the deletion. It opens each deletion page for you and stops before the final button, or gives you the steps or a ready-to-send deletion request.

It never needs your passwords or codes, never sends anything, and never says an account is safe. You sign in and press delete yourself. If your email or calendar is connected, it can read sign-up emails and add reminders, and it asks first. Data rights differ by country; it tells you who to check with.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your email or your calendar to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the website it names, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Delete yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your admin file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.

How each part works

Works with your apps.

  • Email (for example Gmail or Outlook): find old accounts from sign-up and breach-notice emails instead of you listing them. It only reads.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar): add the dated follow-up checks so you come back to confirm each deletion. It asks you before it creates or changes anything.

  • Calendar Google Calendar Asks before it adds or changes anything Also works with Outlook Calendar

Try asking

Once it's added, ask your AI something like this. Not sure it loaded? Is my skill working?

  • Help me delete old online accounts I don't use any more

To check it's working, the answer should start with "OLD ACCOUNTS CLEAN-UP".

  • find all accounts linked to my email

  • how to delete my data from a website
