Example, shortened, from this skill's page. Someone asks their AI: Can you fill in our BambooHR new employee form for Tom? Tom Hale, Junior Designer, starts Monday… New Employee Accounts and Access answers: I can fill the form, but two things need changing first. The form, filled in: To Priya Shah; By today, Wednesday 21 October 2026. You press Save yourself.

Every new hire signs in on day one with only the access their role needs, approved by their manager and recorded for later.

It fills in the form. Same question, two answers.

Show the answer

9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 21 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 21 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.0 on 21 October 2026. Version 1.0.2 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a job using connected apps What it tested: With Google Workspace 2-Step Verification enforced, a new user needs a new user enrollment period (1 day to 6 months) still running at their first sign-in, or they can't sign in to enroll (Google) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a hand-off to a browser helper What it tested: The password link in Google's welcome email to a new user expires in 48 hours, so account details sent weeks before the start won't work (Google) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: Under Microsoft's security defaults, users register for and use multifactor authentication with the Microsoft Authenticator app using notifications, or a non-Microsoft app that makes OATH TOTP codes, with no 14-day grace period since July 29, 2024 (Microsoft) 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

What the badge means and how we test

The whole example

Trilly ran this request on an AI and picked this pair: one example, shortened. The score is from Trilly's test.

NEW EMPLOYEE ACCESS PLAN

I can fill the form, but two things need changing first.

  • NI number and bank details: I won't enter these and don't need them. Type them yourself in BambooHR, and please don't paste them here.
  • Welcome email: don't send it now. Google's password link expires 48 hours after sending, and Tom starts on Monday 7 December 2026. Send it within 48 hours of his first sign-in, or hand him the sign-in on day one. If you've already sent it, reset his password later.

Create the account today (services can take up to 24 hours), but get Priya's yes first. If 2-Step Verification is enforced, set a new user enrollment period (1 day to 6 months) on his unit that's still running on 7 December.

How the numbers work

Not enough data yet

No reviews or use numbers yet. Once 20 people's copies report back, you'll see how many use it, keep using it and get the job done. The maker can't change them.

Safety and what it can reach.

  • Reads and uses

    • BambooHRRead the new employee's record once HR has added it, so the plan uses the real job title, department, manager and hire date. It only reads.

    • SlackRead the channel list so the access plan names real channels. It only reads.

    • Files you give itOnly the files you add to the chat.

    • Chat apps (Slack, Teams and similar)Your AI app's own tool, too.

  • Makes or changes

    • Google Calendar or Google WorkspaceAdd the day-one events and the access review date to your own calendar: Google Calendar, or Microsoft 365 only if their admin allows it. It asks you before it changes anything.

    • Files for youIt creates files for you to keep.

    • Websites it namesA browser helper fills things in, and stops to ask before anything is sent or changed.

    • Your accountsIt asks you before each change.

  • Never

    • Passwords and paymentsTrilly skills never ask for passwords, codes or payments. If this one does, stop and report it.

    • Running codeIt can't run code.

See every safety check

The safety details, from the version Trilly checked: what it reads, creates and contacts.

The internet
  • By itself: it contacts no websites.
  • Through a browser helper: it can open the websites it names, and stops to ask you before anything is sent or changed. See "Websites for you" below.
  • Through apps you connect: see "Apps you've connected" below.

Files
Reads files you give it, and creates or changes files
Tools in your AI app
Calendar, Chat apps (Slack, Teams and similar)
Apps you've connected

Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

  • Accounting (for example BambooHR): Read the new employee's record once HR has added it, so the plan uses the real job title, department, manager and hire date. Reads: The one new employee's job title, department, manager and hire date Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You paste the record or the offer letter details, and a new record goes in through the browser hand-off card or copy-ready fields.
  • Chat apps (for example Slack): Read the channel list so the access plan names real channels. Reads: Channel names and whether each is public or private Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You paste the channel list. The welcome message is written in the chat for you to post.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar, Google Workspace or Outlook Calendar): Add the day-one events and the access review date to your own calendar: Google Calendar, or Microsoft 365 only if their admin allows it. Creates: One event for each day-one step and for the access review, in your own calendar, only after a yes. Never invites anyone. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each event is given as Title, Date, Time, Where and Notes lines to add by hand, or as a calendar file (.ics) if the app can make files.
Where your information goes
  • The new employee's name, role, manager, start date and personal email: Stays in the chat. It reaches the admin consoles only when you type it there. First names in approval requests and events. Tax and national ID numbers and bank details and passwords are never asked for, written or repeated.
  • The hand-off card: name, job title, department, location, manager, hire date and work and personal email: The one HR app's new employee page, through your own browser agent The agent enters only what's on the card and stops before Save or Send invite, and at any sign-in, terms or account creation.
  • Day-one events and the access review date: Your own calendar, after a yes Event titles carry the first name and the step only, never personal emails or access details.
Websites for you
Some steps use a browser helper on websites it names. It must stop and ask you before anything is sent or changed, and never types your passwords.
Your accounts
Takes actions in your accounts. It must ask you before each change.

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Tell it who is starting, their role and their start date. It builds their access from your access map: which apps, groups, shared drives and Slack channels they get, with no admin rights unless someone approves them by name. It writes the approval request for their manager, keeps a tracker of each decision, and counts back the dates so the account is ready before day one.

It gives the exact steps for Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, Slack and your HR app, with every value filled in, including the sign-in settings that stop a new hire being locked out on day one. After probation it runs an access review, and it keeps a record of every grant for when they change roles or leave.

You create the accounts in your own admin console; it never does. If BambooHR, Slack or your calendar is connected, it can read the employee record and your channel list and add day-one events, and it asks first. It never asks for tax, social security or bank numbers.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

Not made by or affiliated with Google, Microsoft, Slack or BambooHR.

Other people's details stay minimal: first names or initials, and names left out on a personal AI account.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your accounting software, your chat apps or your calendar to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the website it names, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Save yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your business file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.

How each part works

Works with your apps.

  • Accounting (for example BambooHR): read the new employee's record once HR has added it, so the plan uses the real job title, department, manager and hire date. It only reads.
  • Chat apps (for example Slack): read the channel list so the access plan names real channels. It only reads.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar, Google Workspace or Outlook Calendar): add the day-one events and the access review date to your own calendar: Google Calendar, or Microsoft 365 only if their admin allows it. It asks you before it creates or changes anything.

Does it for you.

The apps it can use

  • Accounting BambooHR Only reads
  • Chat apps Slack Only reads
  • Calendar Google Calendar Asks before it adds or changes anything Also works with Google Workspace or Outlook Calendar

Try asking

Once it's added, ask your AI something like this. Not sure it loaded? Is my skill working?

  • New hire starts Monday as an account manager. We use Google Workspace and Slack. What do I set up?

To check it's working, the answer should start with "NEW EMPLOYEE ACCESS PLAN".

  • new starter it checklist for google workspace

  • set up a new employee in microsoft 365 and slack
