Coastline Plan Partners rejected a line on… NDIS Admin for an Allied Health Practice (Australia) answers: Today: fix INV-2291 line for Liam. Next deadline: the corrected claim must reach Coastline by Wednesday 16 December 2026 (day 90 from 18 September). INV-2291: Travel, 18 Sept (line).

9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 24 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 24 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.4 on 24 October 2026. Version 1.0.5 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a job using connected apps What it tested: Therapy provider travel is capped at 50% of the hourly price limit ($97.00 an hour for an occupational therapist), for at most 30 minutes per trip in MMM1-3 areas (NDIA Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26, Pricing Schedule 2026-27) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a hand-off to a browser helper What it tested: A therapy short notice cancellation is less than 2 clear business days' notice, public holidays aren't business days, and up to 100% of the agreed fee can be claimed (NDIA Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: Admin time such as making payment claims and preparing service agreements is covered by the price limits and can't be claimed as non-face-to-face support (NDIA Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits 2025-26) 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

You ask

Gmail, Xero and Google Calendar are connected. Coastline Plan Partners rejected a line on INV-2291 for Liam (plan-managed, OT): 'provider travel exceeds price limit'. The line: travel 18 September, 45 minutes at $193.99 an hour = $145.49. Our OT drove 45 minutes from the clinic to Liam's home in Werribee (MMM1), then went on to her next client. Find the remittance, fix the line and draft the note to the plan manager from 'Tidewater Kids'. And book Liam's report reminder: his plan ends 15 March 2027.

Without the skill

Status: I can't see your mailbox or Xero from here, so nothing is booked or changed yet.

1. Remittance (to find)

  • Gmail: search from:Coastline Plan Partners (INV-2291 OR remittance OR Liam) around September to October 2026, and read the rejection and remittance.
  • Xero: open INV-2291 and check its payments and line items.
  • I'll then confirm the paid and rejected amounts and the remittance reference. I'll wait for your go-ahead before changing anything.

2. Corrected line (for Xero)

  • Werribee is MMM1, where billable provider travel for therapy is capped at 30 minutes. The 45 minutes claimed exceeds it, so the rejection looks right.
  • Corrected: Provider travel, 18 September 2026, 30 minutes × $193.99/hour = $97.00 (rounded from $96.995).
  • This reduces the line by $48.49, from $145.49 to $97.00. Please check the cap against the current NDIS Pricing Arrangements before submitting.

3. Email draft (From: Tidewater Kids)

Subject: INV-2291 – Liam – corrected travel line

Dear [plan manager's name],

Thank you for your remittance [reference]. The travel line on INV-2291 for Liam was rejected with the reason "provider travel exceeds price limit".

We have reviewed it. Our occupational therapist travelled 45 minutes from our clinic to Liam's home in Werribee (MMM1) on 18 September 2026, before continuing to another client. The 45 minutes exceeded the 30-minute limit for this location. We have corrected the line to 30 minutes at $193.99 per hour, which is $97.00, replacing the original $145.49.

Please find the amended invoice attached. Let us know if you need anything further to process it.

Kind regards, Mel Harper, Practice Manager, Tidewater Kids Therapy Pty Ltd

NDIS CLAIMS CHECK

Today: fix INV-2291 line for Liam. Next deadline: the corrected claim must reach Coastline by Wednesday 16 December 2026 (day 90 from 18 September).

Connected apps (not run yet): I would search Gmail for Coastline Plan Partners remittances mentioning INV-2291 and read the one you pick. In Xero I would only read INV-2291. Nothing is changed in either. Tell me to go ahead, or paste the remittance.

Invoice Line Problem Rule Fix
INV-2291 Travel, 18 Sept 45 min at $193.99 is over the cap Travel is at most 50% of the OT hourly limit ($97.00), and 30 min per trip in MMM1-3 30 min at $97.00 an hour = $48.50

The line falls from $145.49 to $48.50. Travel is claimable only if Liam's agreement covers it. If one trip served two clients, the agreement must allow the time to be divided between them.

Subject: INV-2291, corrected travel line

"Hi Coastline Plan Partners team, the travel line on INV-2291 for Liam (18 September 2026) was rejected as over the price limit. We've corrected it: 45 minutes at $193.99 an hour ($145.49) is now 30 minutes at $97.00 an hour ($48.50), within the occupational therapist's travel limit. The corrected invoice is attached. Mel Harper, Practice Manager, Tidewater Kids Therapy Pty Ltd"

Please don't resubmit the old line.

Report reminder: 12 weeks before 15 March 2027 is Monday 21 December 2026. I would add this to Google Calendar after your yes:

  • Title: Check-in
  • Date: Monday 21 December 2026
  • Notes: "L: report for plan ending 15 March 2027. Clinical content is the OT's."

Next steps

  • Friday 30 October 2026: you send the corrected invoice and note, and check the remittance.
  • Wednesday 16 December 2026: last day to claim this support.
  • Monday 21 December 2026: report reminder.

Written in English. Answers in your language

Share this week's invoices and remittances, or let it find them in your email and Xero. It checks every line against the NDIS price limits for the date the session happened: the right support item, the hourly limit, the 2 clear business day cancellation rule, the 50% travel cap and the 30 or 60 minute limit, and whether there's money left in the client's funding period. It names why each rejected claim bounced and gives the fix and a note to the plan manager.

For NDIA-managed clients it gets each claim ready for the myplace provider portal as copy-ready lines or a bulk payment file you enter or upload yourself. The portal's terms say you must not access it, or transfer, store or access its data, outside Australia unless the NDIA gives its "prior written approval", and browser helpers may run on overseas servers, so it says so before any browser helper card, and gives one only when you ask. It keeps a client tracker with plan and funding period dates, books each clinician's report well before the plan ends, and lists the agreements to update when prices change.

It's admin only: it never writes clinical notes or reports, never submits or pays anything, and gives general information, not financial or tax advice. It asks before saving any draft, sheet or reminder.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

Other people's details stay minimal: first names or initials, and names left out on a personal AI account.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your email, your accounting software, your spreadsheets or your calendar to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the NDIA's myplace provider portal's payment request page, or bulk payment request upload page for this claim, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Submit yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your business file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.
