9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 21 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 21 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.0 on 21 October 2026. Version 1.0.2 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a hand-off to a browser helper What it tested: A supplier of spare auto-injectors needs a request signed by the head teacher, ideally on headed paper, stating the school's name, the purpose and the total quantity; the spare is only for pupils with medical authorisation and written parental consent (Department of Health and Social Care) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a job using connected apps What it tested: In California, staff may help with a student's medicine only with written statements from the health care provider and the parent, provided at least annually and more often if the medication, dosage, frequency or reason changes (Education Code 49423) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: In Victoria, each student's anaphylaxis management plan is reviewed with the parents when the student is to take part in an off-site activity such as a camp or excursion, as well as annually and after a reaction (Department of Education, Victoria) 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

You ask

Our 2 spare adrenaline pens run out on 30 November. I'm signed in to Brookfield Pharmacy's online ordering page in Chrome. Can you fill in the order for 2 EpiPen 0.3 mg and 2 EpiPen 0.15 mg for Harrow Lane Primary, delivery to the school office, and stop before I pay? What paperwork does the pharmacy need from us, and which pupils can we give the spare to? Today is Wednesday 21 October 2026.

Without the skill

I can't reach Chrome or the pharmacy page, so here is everything to copy across. Nothing below involves payment.

Order details

  • Organisation: Harrow Lane Primary
  • Items: EpiPen 0.3 mg × 2; EpiPen 0.15 mg × 2
  • Delivery: School office, Harrow Lane Primary
  • Stop before payment.
  • Reminder: 30 days before the 30 November 2026 expiry is 31 October 2026. For the new pens, set it 30 days before the expiry date printed on the delivered pens.

Paperwork the pharmacy needs Schools in England can buy adrenaline auto-injectors without a prescription under the Human Medicine Regulations 2012, but only for emergency use. The pharmacy will need a written request signed by a responsible person (the head or someone authorised), stating:

  • the school name and address
  • the medicine, strength and quantity
  • the purpose (emergency use)
  • the total quantity ordered

Many suppliers keep this on file as a record, so check whether Brookfield asks for a separate form.

Written request (ready to sign)

Date: 21 October 2026

To: Brookfield Pharmacy

Subject: Request for emergency adrenaline auto-injectors

Harrow Lane Primary requests the supply of the following adrenaline auto-injectors for emergency use in school:

  • EpiPen 0.3 mg × 2
  • EpiPen 0.15 mg × 2

Delivery address: School Office, Harrow Lane Primary

These will be used only to treat anaphylaxis in pupils at risk, in line with Department for Health and Social Care guidance on the use of emergency adrenaline auto-injectors in schools.

Joanne Hart, School Office, Harrow Lane Primary

(Check whether the request needs the head's signature or authorisation, and add the school's full postal address.)

Which pupils can be given the spare pens Under the guidance, the spare pen can be used only for pupils who:

  1. have been diagnosed at risk of anaphylaxis and been prescribed their own adrenaline auto-injector, and
  2. have written parental consent for the spare to be used.

  • Spreadsheets (for example Google Sheets or Excel): Read the school's medical register and keep it as a sheet by plan code. Reads: The register sheet you name, and nothing else Creates: Google Sheets, where the AI app can edit sheets: a new register sheet, or changed rows in the one named, by plan code, only after a yes. Never deletes rows. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: You paste or upload the list, and the register comes as a copy-ready table.
  • Email (for example Outlook; Gmail only reads): Find a family's reply you name, and save requests to families as drafts. Reads: The emails you pick from a search Creates: Outlook, where the admin allows it: one request per family as a draft with no recipient, only after a yes. Never sends. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each request comes as copy-ready text for you to send from the school's own system.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar): Add a reminder before each expiry and review, and the monthly sweep. Creates: One event per reminder, titled by plan code and 'check-in', never the condition, only after a yes. Never invites anyone. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each reminder comes as Title, Date and Time lines to add by hand, or a calendar file (.ics) if the app can make files.

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Give it your list of medical plans and medicines by plan code. It builds a register, marks what runs out or needs review soon, and says plainly which student has no current plan or in-date medicine today. It follows the rules where your school is: when plans are reviewed, which forms staff need before giving medicine and how often they're renewed, staff training and briefings, and what buying spare injectors needs.

It drafts requests to families, keeps a staff training register, sweeps the register every month and builds a medical pack for each camp or excursion. Your browser helper can fill the supplier's order for the school's spare adrenaline injectors and stop before the final button.

It is admin only: it never gives medical advice, a dose or a device choice, and the student's own plan and doctor decide. Plan codes only: no name, photo or birth date goes in any sheet or event. It asks first what your school's AI policy lets you put in; with rules and templates only, no student's plan details go in. If your spreadsheet, email or calendar is connected, it can read and update the register, draft requests and add reminders, and it asks first. It never sends or orders anything.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

Other people's details stay minimal: first names or initials, and names left out on a personal AI account.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your spreadsheets, your email or your calendar to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the Supplier's order page for the school's spare adrenaline injectors, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Place order yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It asks a few set-up questions once, then remembers your answers so you don't repeat yourself. You can change them any time.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.

How each part works

Works with your apps.

  • Spreadsheets (for example Google Sheets or Excel): read the school's medical register and keep it as a sheet by plan code. It asks you before it creates or changes anything.
  • Email (for example Outlook; Gmail only reads): find a family's reply you name, and save requests to families as drafts. It asks you before it creates or changes anything.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar): add a reminder before each expiry and review, and the monthly sweep. It asks you before it creates or changes anything.

Try asking

Once it's added, ask your AI something like this. Not sure it loaded? Is my skill working?

  • Sweep our medical register: 14 plans by code, 3 injectors expire before December, camp leaves 9 November.

To check it's working, the answer should start with "MEDICAL PLANS REGISTER".

  • school adrenaline injector expiry register

  • individual healthcare plan review dates for our school
