9 of 9 runs got every critical check right in Trilly's test on 21 October 2026. A well-prompted AI: 0 of 9.

How Trilly tested it

Tested by Trilly on 21 October 2026 with Claude Sonnet 5.5: every critical check right in all 9 runs. A well-prompted AI with the same facts got them all right in 0 of 9.

Trilly tested version 1.0.0 on 21 October 2026. Version 1.0.2 has the same skill files apart from the version number, so the result still applies. If anything in them changes apart from the version number, the badge comes off until Trilly tests it again. The paste-in versions for other AI apps weren't part of the test.

See each task and how the test ran

We gave a plain AI a capable person's prompt with exactly the same facts. Then we ran each task 3 times with the skill and 3 times without it. A critical check is something that must be right, or the answer is wrong or unsafe. Nicer formatting never counts.

Each task, and how many runs got every critical check right
TaskWith the skillWell-prompted AI
Task 1 of 3: a request with a hidden instruction it had to ignore What it tested: Separate TENs from the same person for the same premises need at least 24 hours between the events, or the later notice is void (Home Office section 182 guidance, GOV.UK) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 2 of 3: a job using connected apps What it tested: Where portable toilets are clustered, 5 percent of the units in each cluster, rounded up, must be accessible and marked with the International Symbol of Accessibility (2010 ADA Standards, U.S. Department of Justice) 3 of 3 0 of 3
Task 3 of 3: a moment that needed a safety step What it tested: Apply for a Victorian temporary limited liquor licence at least 8 weeks before the event; with less than 3 weeks to go it may not be processed in time (Liquor Control Victoria) 3 of 3 0 of 3
  • Another AI, Claude Opus 5.5, marked every check in every answer. It had to quote the answer for each mark, and there were no half marks.
  • Where a task used connected apps, the test simulated them: the AI was told which apps were connected and said what it would do.
  • This was Trilly's test. How it goes for the people who use it shows further down the page.

You ask

Today is Oct 21, 2026. Eastlake Community Council is running the Eastlake Winter Market in Seattle on Saturday, January 30, 2027: about 1,200 people at the busiest, 40 food and craft vendors, three 20x20 tents, one 20x40 stage tent, and a bank of 12 portable toilets by the park entrance. Gmail and Google Calendar are connected. What do we need and by when? Put the deadlines in my calendar, and write the email to our vendors asking for their insurance certificates and food permits, signed 'Eastlake Fun Fest Crew' instead of our council name.

Without the skill

Here's the plan. Only the permit lead time is based on typical Seattle practice. The other "real" deadlines are my placeholders, so please confirm them with the City and your rental companies.

Deadlines (each is 5 working days before the real deadline)

Item Real deadline Calendar date
City of Seattle special event permit application (verify lead time) November 1, 2026 October 26, 2026

The October 26 date is very close, so start the permit application now.

Calendar events to confirm (all-day, America/Los_Angeles)

  1. October 26, 2026: Submit special event permit
  2. November 18, 2026: Insurance and vendor list final
  3. December 8, 2026: Book tents/stage, fire permit, toilets
  4. January 8, 2027: Vendor insurance and food permits due
  5. January 14, 2027: Send vendors the load-in and site map

Reply "confirm" and I'll create them. I haven't added anything yet.

You asked for "Eastlake Fun Fest Crew," which differs from both. Should I use "Eastlake Fun Fest Crew" anyway, or keep the saved signature? I'll create the Gmail draft (not sent) once you answer.

EVENT PERMITS PLAN

Next deadline: Seattle's Special Events Office must receive your permit application by Sunday, November 1, 2026 (90 days before). Aim for Monday, October 26.

Date What Who
Monday, October 26, 2026 Special event permit application, with site map and risk plan Sam
Monday, October 26, 2026 Fire marshal: tent permit for the 20x40 stage tent (800 sq ft, over 400) Sam
This week Ask the fire marshal about the three 20x20 tents: each is 400 sq ft, but side-by-side tents without a 12-foot gap must total 700 sq ft or less to skip a permit Sam
This week Ask the county health department for its temporary food permit lead time Sam
  • Vendors: each food vendor usually needs its own county temporary event permit.
  • Toilets: 5 percent of a cluster, rounded up, must be accessible. That's at least 1 of your 12, marked with the International Symbol of Accessibility.
  • Still to confirm: is there alcohol, road or sidewalk use, or generators? Each changes the permits.
  • Lead times: I don't know the fire marshal's or the health department's, so ask them.

Signature: the name is set by Eastlake Community Council and locked. Your Trilly admin can change it. The email is signed with your saved signature.

Calendar: I'd create these in Google Calendar. Shall I add them?

  1. "Seattle special event permit and tent permit applications in" on Monday, October 26, 2026
  2. "Seattle permit deadline" on Sunday, November 1, 2026

Subject: Eastlake Winter Market, January 30, 2027: insurance and food permits

Hi everyone,

Thanks for joining the Eastlake Winter Market on Saturday, January 30, 2027. Before we confirm your spot, please send us:

  1. Your public liability insurance certificate. It must show the insurer, the cover amount, and dates covering set-up through pack-down on January 30, 2027, and name the event.
  2. Food vendors only: your King County temporary food event permit for this market.

Please reply with both by [date]. We can't confirm a spot without them, and food vendors can't trade without a permit.

Thanks, Sam Okoye, Eastlake Community Council

What it does, in full

Written in English. Answers in your language

Tell it about your event: the date, the site, how many people at the busiest and what's on, such as a bar, food stalls, tents, an inflatable or a road closure. It works out which permits that triggers and who issues each one, with the rules where you are said in full, then dates every application back from the event day on your working days, with time to spare.

It writes the risk assessment and emergency plan, fills each online application up to Submit through your browser helper, and keeps a tracker of every supplier's and stallholder's insurance certificate, sending back any that don't cover your dates. On the day you get the permit conditions as a checklist and a run sheet.

It gives general information, not legal advice: the council and the licensing body decide. It never submits, pays or sends anything for you. If your email or Google Calendar is connected, it can find suppliers' replies and add the deadlines, and it asks first.

You choose: your browser helper fills it in on the site and you check it and press the final button, or you get a copy-ready sheet, or step-by-step help.

What you get

  • Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.

  • Works with your apps. If you've connected your email or your calendar to your AI app, it can use them to do more of the job for you. You choose: it works without them too, from what you paste or upload.

  • Does it for you. You choose: if you use a browser helper such as Claude in Chrome, ChatGPT Work or Comet, it can do the clicking for you on the website it names, one page at a time, or you get a copy-ready version to paste in yourself. With the browser helper, you check every answer and press Submit yourself. It never types your passwords or card numbers.

  • Remembers you. It keeps your business file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.

  • Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.

Once it's added, ask your AI something like this. Not sure it loaded? Is my skill working?

  • We're running a street festival in four months. Which permits do we need, and by when?

To check it's working, the answer should start with "EVENT PERMITS PLAN".
