Your dates (all times Denver)
Under US rules on age-waiver releases (OWBPA), a material change to the offer normally restarts the 45 days unless both sides agree otherwise. So I've asked for written confirmation of the date. I'm not a lawyer, so consider a short consultation with a Colorado employment solicitor/attorney before signing.

SEVERANCE REVIEW
Your 23 November deadline is out of date. The 14 October revision added pay and changed the non-solicit, which is a material change, so the 45 days restart from that offer and run through 28 November 2026.
This is general information, not legal advice. An employment lawyer licensed in Colorado can advise you on signing. This skill follows US rules, and I'm using them because your job and agreement are in Colorado.
| Requirement | In this agreement? |
|---|---|
| 45 days (group layoff) | HR says 23 November, which falls short |
| Group disclosures in writing | Not mentioned; ask |
| 7 days to revoke after signing: neither you nor the employer can change or waive it | Check the revocation clause |
| Date | What happens | Who |
|---|---|---|
| 15 October 2026 | Send the email below | You |
| 23 November 2026 | HR's deadline, which falls short | Corvane Health |
| 28 November 2026 | Last of the 45 days | You decide |
| 5 December 2026 | Last day to revoke, if signed on 28 November | You |
Signing doesn't stop you filing an EEOC charge (1-800-669-4000). A clause saying otherwise is invalid, and the EEOC says filing doesn't mean returning the severance.
Colorado law decides how far a non-solicit holds, so check with the Colorado Department of Labor and Employment or the attorney general, and ask a lawyer about it.
Subject: Revised separation agreement: review period and group information
Hello,
Thank you for the revised agreement dated 14 October 2026. Because the terms changed, the 45-day review period starts again from that date. Please confirm in writing that I have until 28 November 2026.
As part of the group layoff, please also send in writing:
I'll use the full period to review the agreement with an attorney.
Kind regards, Priya Nandakumar
Next: once HR replies, I'll recount if anything else changes.

Paste or upload the severance agreement you were offered. You get every clause in plain words: the pay, benefits, release, non-compete and non-disclosure, and what each one changes for you. Every date is counted on the calendar: how long you have to consider it, the days to change your mind after signing, and when the money is due.
If you are 40 or over, it checks the age-claim waiver rules, including the time you must be given, when a revised offer restarts the clock, and what a group layoff notice must include. It looks at the non-compete under your state's law, says what a release cannot take away, and lists what's worth asking for.
You get a counter-proposal email in your own voice and questions for an employment lawyer. It is general information, not legal advice. It never tells you to sign or not to sign, and it never contacts your employer. Anything it drafts is yours to send.
You choose: it keeps your career file up to date as you go, after your yes each time, or it does the job just this once.
Ask. Works in the AI apps it's made for. Paste or upload what you have, and it does the job right there in the chat.
Remembers you. It keeps your career file in one place you own: your AI app or your own cloud drive, never on Trilly. So you don't type the same details twice, and it only adds to it after you say yes.
Works over days. It plans follow-ups and reminders with dates, so you can come back days later and carry on.
Once it's added, ask your AI something like this. Not sure it loaded? Is my skill working?
I'm 52, offered 8 weeks' severance if I sign a release and a 1-year non-compete in a week. Is that OK?
To check it's working, the answer should start with "SEVERANCE REVIEW".
