Link ChatGPT to Trilly

ChatGPT can add an app like Trilly by its address, on chatgpt.com. Then you can say "find a free skill on Trilly for my budget and add it".

Copy Trilly's address
Copy Trilly's address from the box below. You'll paste it in a moment.

No key or password to copy: Trilly asks you to log in and say yes.
Open Plugins in ChatGPT
On chatgpt.com, go to Plugins. Choose the + button, then Add custom MCP server.
Add Trilly
Paste the address, and name it Trilly if asked. If ChatGPT asks about authentication, choose OAuth: there's no key to paste. Choose I understand and want to continue, then Create as a plugin.

Install it
ChatGPT asks you to install the plugin before you use it in a chat. Do that now, and follow ChatGPT's screens until Trilly opens.

Log in or join free, then say yes
Trilly opens. New here? Choose Join free and confirm your email: the link in the email brings you straight back. Check what ChatGPT will be able to do, then choose Yes, link ChatGPT.

On Trilly, the link screen: ChatGPT wants to link to your Trilly account. It will be able to: Find skills, and add or remove the ones you choose; Tell Trilly when a skill is used, so its numbers stay honest. Never your conversations; Use your name, business details and brand in what skills make, and save what you tell it, and ask your workspace's approvers for a yes before a letter goes out (they're told). Then the button Yes, link ChatGPT.
Add your first skill
In a chat, ask: "find a free skill on Trilly for my budget and add it".

Then: Ask as you normally would. Want it to use your email or calendar? Connect them in ChatGPT first.

Trilly hasn't tried linking from ChatGPT yet. If a step doesn't match what you see, tell us.

Connecting apps in ChatGPT

In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Plugins, pick the app and sign in to it. Keep each app on Always ask for anything that changes things.

What you need

ChatGPT on the web, at chatgpt.com.
OpenAI doesn't list which plans can. If you don't see Add custom MCP server, your plan can't link yet.
On a work account, your workspace's rules apply, so an admin may need to allow it.

Hi, could we use Trilly in our ChatGPT workspace? It's a custom MCP server at this address: https://trilly.io/api/mcp It signs in with OAuth, so each of us logs in to our own Trilly account and there's no key to share. In ChatGPT it's added from Plugins: the + button, then Add custom MCP server. Our workspace's permissions decide who can add it. Trilly hasn't tried this with ChatGPT yet. If something goes wrong

I don't see Add custom MCP server

Your plan or workspace doesn't offer it yet. You can still download a skill and add it by hand: see Can't link?, under What you need.

ChatGPT says it couldn't reach Trilly

Check the address is exactly https://trilly.io/api/mcp, with nothing before or after it, then try again.
