For schools, staff only

One standard for every teacher's AI.

Choose the AI skills, or workflows, your staff's AI follows. A student's work stays theirs.

Nothing is charged until billing opens.

Example of Trilly for schools, a 36-second film in five chapters: the school's list of skills its staff can use, with Essay Coach, a free skill; a university's learning rule switched on for its first-year students, so they see only skills Trilly's review marked as helping people learn; a student there adds Essay Coach and asks it to check their own paraphrase, and it says the citation is missing and what the rule needs, without rewriting it; Trilly's rule that no skill may write, rewrite, paraphrase or complete work a student will hand in as their own; and a school's reports, which show no totals or team numbers.

For teachers

Each child seen. Their progress in your own files.

Teacher skills are coming

Today, families in Victoria, Australia use Maths 7 to 10 (Victorian Curriculum) this way: the marking, the practice and the dates stay in their own files, never on Trilly.

For parents and students: AI skills for family and school.

In the school staffroom, a teacher at the screen shows a colleague a skill that helps students learn: the steps, the last one left for the student to do, and a shield with a tick for integrity.

For managers and IT

Safe to approve. The evidence in one download.

Staff sign in with their Google or Microsoft account.

Company sign-in you can make required, built for Microsoft Entra ID, Okta and Google Workspace, is on Enterprise.

Skills about money, betting, health and the law start switched off. You can switch off skills that use a browser helper too.

For universities and colleges

Can you see what students asked? No.

Trilly never sees a conversation, and no skill may write work a student will hand in as their own.

Questions people ask

Is Trilly free for schools?

Yes. When billing opens, a school will get a free staff workspace where its country's school register confirms it automatically (New Zealand's, and Queensland's and the Northern Territory's non-government schools, today; more to come): Trilly will check the school's own email domain and that register. Where no register can confirm it, the school will be on Trilly Teams, A$19 per active person a month, with 14 days free once billing opens. Nothing is charged before billing opens. Company sign-in you can make required, and adding and removing people automatically, are on Enterprise. Once billing opens, the compliance pack and exports are on the paid plans.

Does Trilly see what staff or students write?

No. Trilly never sees a conversation with your AI. A skill's use is counted from what the AI reports after each task: which skill, and whether it did the job, never what was asked or written.

Can a skill write a student's assignment?

No. No skill on Trilly may write, rewrite, paraphrase or complete work a student will hand in as their own, sit a test for them, or help hide AI use from a teacher. We check every new version for this, and remove any skill that breaks the rule. Skills that explain, quiz or give feedback on a student's own writing are welcome.

Can students use a workspace?

A school's workspace is meant for its staff. A university or college (a TAFE in Australia) can add its students too (on the Education plan they're never billed), and switch on "Students see only skills that help them learn": then they can add and use only skills Trilly's review marked as helping people learn.

What do universities and TAFEs pay?

Once billing opens: staff pay half the workspace price, A$9.50 a person a month (A$8 each from person 100 and A$6.50 from 500), counting only staff who used a skill in the last 30 days. Students are free. Start with a free 13-week pilot for up to 100 staff. Trilly invoices you directly. Nothing is charged before billing opens.
