Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

• Spreadsheets (for example Google Sheets): Keep the farm's spray diary: read the sheet you name and add each spray as new rows. Reads: The spray diary sheet you name Creates: New rows for each spray in the spray diary sheet, only after a yes. Existing rows are never changed or deleted. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: The diary rows come as a copy-ready table, or an .xlsx file if the app can make files.
• Calendar (for example Google Calendar): Put each earliest harvest, grazing, re-entry and sale date and each certificate expiry in your calendar. Creates: A reminder on each earliest harvest date, grazing date, re-entry date and sale date, and before each certificate expiry date, only after a yes Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Reminders as Title, Date and Time lines to add by hand, or a calendar file (.ics) if the app can make files.

Where your information goes

• Spray details: paddocks, crops or stock, products, rates, weather and operator names: Stays in the chat; reaches your own spray diary sheet and calendar only after a yes Operators by name and certificate only; no addresses or phone numbers in the diary unless the farm's rules ask for them.
• Dates and reminders: Your own Google Calendar, after a yes Titles carry the paddock or mob, the product and the date type only.
