Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

• Cloud files (for example Google Drive): Read the test scans or PDFs you pick, and save the progress file. Reads: The test files you pick from a search by the file or folder name they give, and the study file if it's kept there Creates: A new progress file (the marked test, the pattern, the practice and the dates), only after a yes. Never edits, moves, shares or deletes any other file. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: You upload photos or a PDF of the test, and copies the progress file from the chat.
• Calendar (for example Google Calendar): Add the practice sessions and the review inside the school term. Creates: Practice sessions and one review, titled "Maths practice" with the student's first name, only after a yes. Never invites anyone. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each session is given as Title, Date, Time, Where and Notes lines to add by hand, or as a calendar file (.ics).

Where your information goes

• The student's test (questions, working, marks) and first name: Stays in the chat; a progress file in your own Google Drive only after a yes First names only. No surname, school, student number or birth date in any file or event; only the files you pick are read.
• Practice and review dates: Your own Google Calendar, only after a yes Titles say "Maths practice" and the first name: no marks or test details.
