   • It says exactly where it can change things: Outlook drafts and Google Calendar reminders, only where your AI app's connection can make them, after your yes each time. Otherwise you choose copy-ready reminder lines or a calendar file (.ics) to import.
   • Your chase dates and reminders have their own section, so you can come back days later and carry on.
   • You choose how it's done: it works in your connected apps, asking before every change, or you paste things in, or step-by-step help.
