• Email (for example Gmail): Find each sale's contract, lender, broker and solicitor emails by the property address, so every date comes from the real messages. Reads: The contract, lender, broker and solicitor emails you pick from a search by the property address, read only Doesn't create or change anything. Without it: You paste the dates and messages; updates and chasers come in the chat to send.
• Calendar (for example Google Calendar): Put each sale's contract dates and flag reminders in the agent's calendar. Creates: An all-day event on each contract date (the finance date, the inspection date, the settlement date) and a flag reminder before each, only after a yes Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Events as Title and Date lines to add by hand.

Where your information goes

• Buyers' and sellers' names, the address, the price, the deposit and the contract dates: Stays in the chat; each update goes only to the side it's for, and only when the agent sends it Each update holds only that side's dates and actions; no finance details, reasons or other offers pass between the sides.
