Where your information goes

The phone or internet bill: name, address, account number, plan, prices and usage: Stays in the chat. The skill contacts no provider and sends nothing. Only the plan, prices, fees, dates and offers are used. Account numbers are never repeated back, and no password, login, code, card or bank details are asked for.
Money file headings: bills and renewals, pay dates, debts, subscriptions and goals: Read in the chat; new details go back into your own money file only after a yes. Only those five headings are read, and only new contract dates and prices are offered for saving.
The haggling message and account holder name on the hand-off card: Your browser agent, for the provider's own chat or contact page only. The card names one site, the provider's own chat or contact page, carries only the message and the name on the bill, never types passwords, codes or card details, and stops before Send, before accepting any plan and at any sign-in or payment. You check every step.
