Apps you've connected

Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

• Online shop (for example Shopify): Read the store's products and add each product's EU safety details, instead of copying them by hand. Reads: The products you name: title, description, type, vendor, SKU, barcode, images and product metafields Creates: The EU safety details on the products you approve, in the description or a product metafield, each only after a yes. Never publishes, changes a status or edits the theme. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: You export the products as a CSV or pastes them, and gets a CSV to import or copy-ready text for each listing.
• Spreadsheets (for example Google Sheets or Excel): Read a product list sheet, and start the product safety register as a new sheet. Reads: The product list sheet you name Creates: Google Sheets, where the AI app can edit sheets: one new product safety register sheet, only after a yes. Never changes an existing sheet. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: The register comes as an .xlsx file or a copy-ready table.

Where your information goes

• Product details, maker and responsible person contact details: Stays in the chat, and on the store's own Shopify listings and sheet after a yes. Only the products named are read; only business contact details go on listings.
• A customer's account of an accident: Stays in the chat; you submit any notification themselves. The customer's first name only; no health details beyond what the notification needs.
