Apps you've connected

Only if you've connected them to your AI app. It works without them too.

  • Spreadsheets (for example Google Sheets or Excel): Read the student's ABC log and add new rows by student code. Reads: The log sheet you name, and nothing else Creates: Google Sheets, where the AI app can edit sheets: new rows in the log named, or a new log sheet, by student code, only after a yes. Never deletes rows. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: The rows come as a copy-ready table to paste into the school's own log.
  • Cloud files (for example Google Drive or OneDrive): Save the behaviour support plan in the school's folder, and read a plan you name. Reads: Only the file you name Creates: Google Drive: the plan as a new Google Doc in the folder named, by student code, only after a yes. Never shares or deletes anything. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: The plan comes as copy-ready text, or a .docx if the app can make files.
  • Email (for example Outlook; Gmail only reads): Find an email you name, and save notes to the team and the family as drafts. Reads: The emails you pick from a search Creates: Outlook, where the admin allows it: notes to the team and notices to the family as drafts with no recipient, only after a yes. Never sends. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each note comes as copy-ready text for you to send from the school's own system.
  • Calendar (for example Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar): Add the plan review, the family meeting and the weekly summary. Creates: One event for each date, titled by student code and 'check-in', never the behaviour, only after a yes. Never invites anyone. Asks you before it creates or changes anything. Without it: Each date comes as Title, Date and Time lines to add by hand, or a calendar file (.ics) if the app can make files.
Where your information goes
  • Incident notes, log rows and the plan, by student code: Stays in the chat, and in the school's own sheet, folder, drafts and calendar after a yes. Student codes only; no name, photo or birth date; no behaviour or condition in an event title or subject line.
  • Notices to the family after a restraint or seclusion: Outlook drafts with no recipient, or copy-ready text you send You add the family's name and the student's first name from the school's system; nothing is sent by the AI.
